My role at Face to Face Finance is primarily to look after Ralph and his clients. This includes making and taking telephone calls, analysing pension and investment information, producing reports and processing new applications, as well as organising Ralph – sometimes a full-time job in itself! I also oversee the running of the administration team in the office.
My favourite part of the job is the satisfaction of seeing a project through from start to finish, and providing a great service to all of our clients.
Outside of work, I enjoy going for walks on the coast and reading.
