I have over 20 years’ experience working in the financial services industry, and have a keen interest in positive psychology and the impact on working environments.
I play an active role in the day to day running of Face to Face Finance and Face to Face Estate Planning, both on the management and the back office side, proactively growing the company.
I am currently studying towards my industry Chartered qualifications.
Outside work, I am a Director of the St Kilda Club, promoting interest and friendship among those who have visited the islands. I am married, and love travelling, the more far flung the better!
I have over 25 years’ experience in the financial services industry. Previously working at Acuma and Friends Provident, I became an Independent Financial Adviser in 2003. Although specialising in Investments and Pensions, I have presented on Inheritance Tax Planning, Care Cost and Equity Release over recent years.
I’m married and in my spare time I enjoy football and being father to three chickens and 60 fish!
I have over 20 years’ experience in financial services having previously worked for Friends Provident and St James’s Place before becoming an Independent Financial Adviser with Face to Face Finance in 2003.
I am a Chartered Financial Planner and have also been awarded a Fellowship of the Personal Finance Society.
I advise individuals, businesses and trustees and work with Accountants and Solicitors who refer their clients to me for their financial planning requirements. I specialise in Investments, Inheritance Tax and Estate planning and Pensions but am fully qualified to advise on all areas of financial planning as well as Wills and Trusts.
I’m married to Linda, have two grown up children and spend much of my spare time looking after an old house and doing the gardening basics (anything involving an engine) under the supervision of Linda!
I joined the team in June 2018 and have never looked back! My parents had already been clients of Face to Face for a number of years, having always enjoyed the experience from their very first interaction. Since starting my career in financial services in 2013, financial advice was the route I had always imagined I would follow. I really enjoy having something to keep me busy, so I’m working towards becoming chartered.
If you spot any cakes in our photos, it’s usually because I’ve been in the kitchen. I love trying out different recipes and attempting to make my creations look even better than they taste – though not every bake is photo worthy! I have recently started playing Netball again and try to get in as much shooting practise as possible at home.
I started working for Face to Face in February 2019 as an Administrator and have since progressed to Operations Director.
My role in the company includes overseeing the daily activity of the team, managing the teams workload, reviewing and implementing our processes and training staff.
I am currently studying for the Diploma in Regulated Financial Services and have completed the R01, R03 and R05 exams so far. I am very lucky to work in an office where I have made many friends and we are encouraged to develop ourselves professionally.
I have always lived in Norfolk and love making the most of what our beautiful county has to offer with my two young children. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family and friends.
I have worked within the administration team at Face to Face Finance since 2011. In my time here, I am proud to have achieved my Diploma in Financial Planning and am looking forward to challenging myself to achieving Chartered status in the coming months.
Since I have worked here, I have successfully done pretty much every job in the office, from reports and reception duties to being Ralphs PA – all of these give me a great grounding in my current role as Compliance Director. This job includes making sure all of our reports and letters are correct and accurate and our procedures and processes are documented. I enjoy dealing with more complex queries that we receive in the office.
The part of my job which I enjoy most is being able to provide a great, friendly service to all of our clients and feeling like we really make a difference.
Outside of work I enjoy going for walks along the coast, going to the Gym and reading.
I started working for Face to Face Finance in May 2017 and have progressed to Senior Administrator and Bob’s PA. My current role includes answering and making client phone calls, creating up to date valuations and writing up letters plus much more. I have passed two of the financial services qualifications, R01 and R05, and am now studying for the next exam. It is a pleasure to work in an office so welcoming and friendly and somewhere I can always expand on my knowledge and grow my career.
I have always lived and worked in Norfolk and my family and friends are very important to me. In my spare time I enjoy socialising and catching up with friends by going out for a meal or going to the cinema.

I have lived in Norfolk my whole life and like to make the most of the beautiful surroundings. One of my favourite places to go is the Norfolk coast for walks with my dog and days out with family and friends.

Outside of work, I love to explore beautiful Norfolk – particularly the Norfolk coast with my young daughter.

I plan to start studying for my financial service qualifications in the New Year and I am hoping to progress as far as possible in the company.
Outside of work I am a keen rugby player and a big football fan. Playing and watching sport with my friends is a key part of my life outside of the office.
