Since I have worked here, I have successfully done pretty much every job in the office, from reports and reception duties to being Ralphs PA – all of these give me a great grounding in my current role as Compliance Director. The part of my job which I enjoy most is being able to provide a great, friendly service to all of our clients and feeling like we really make a difference.

I joined the team in June 2018 and have never looked back! My parents had already been clients of Face to Face for a number of years, having always enjoyed the experience from their very first interaction. Since starting my career in financial services in 2013, financial advice was the route I had always imagined I would follow. I really enjoy having something to keep me busy, so I’m working towards becoming chartered.
