I have over 20 years’ experience working in the financial services industry, and have a keen interest in positive psychology and the impact on working environments.
I play an active role in the day to day running of Face to Face Finance and Face to Face Finance Consulting, both on the management and the back office side, proactively growing the company.
I am currently studying towards my industry Chartered qualifications.
Outside work, I am a Director of the St Kilda Club, promoting interest and friendship among those who have visited the islands.
I am married, and love travelling, the more far flung the better!
I have over 25 years’ experience in the financial services industry. Previously working at Acuma and Friends Provident, I became an Independent Financial Adviser in 2003. Although specialising in Investments and Pensions, I have presented on Inheritance Tax Planning, Care Cost and Equity Release over recent years.
I’m married and in my spare time I enjoy football and being father to three chickens and 60 fish!

I am a Chartered Financial Planner and have also been awarded a Fellowship of the Personal Finance Society.
I advise individuals, businesses and trustees and work with Accountants and Solicitors who refer their clients to me for their financial planning requirements. I specialise in Investments, Inheritance Tax and Estate planning and Pensions but am fully qualified to advise on all areas of financial planning as well as Wills and Trusts.
I’m married to Linda, have two grown up children and spend much of my spare time looking after an old house and doing the gardening basics (anything involving an engine) under the supervision of Linda!
I have worked within the administration team at Face to Face Finance since 2011. In my time here, I am proud to have achieved my Diploma in Financial Planning and am looking forward to challenging myself to achieving Chartered status in the coming months.
Since I have worked here, I have successfully done pretty much every job in the office, from reports and reception duties to being Ralphs PA – all of these give me a great grounding in my current role as Compliance Director. This job includes making sure all of our reports and letters are correct and accurate and our procedures and processes are documented. I enjoy dealing with more complex queries that we receive in the office and I also oversee the day to day running of the administration team.
The part of my job which I enjoy most is being able to provide a great, friendly service to all of our clients and feeling like we really make a difference.
Outside of work I enjoy going for walks along the coast, going to the Gym and reading.
I started at Face to Face Finance in September 2016, and completed my Level 2 Apprenticeship in Providing Financial Services in June 2018. My role is a Senior Administrator, helping my less experienced colleagues and providing admin support to our consultants. My job includes managing reception and mainly processing new applications, fund switches, withdrawals, and letters of authority.
I am friendly and easy going, and helpful where I can be! My job is very interesting; there is always something new to learn. I enjoy working with my colleagues and learning from everyone’s experiences within the advisory world.
Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my friends and family and going to all sorts of events such as festivals.
I started working for Face to Face Finance in May 2017 and have progressed to Senior Administrator and Bob’s PA. My current role includes answering and making client phone calls, creating up to date valuations and writing up letters plus much more. It is a pleasure to work in an office so welcoming and friendly and somewhere I can always expand on my knowledge and grow my career.
I have always lived and worked in Norfolk and my family and friends are very important to me. In my spare time I enjoy socialising and catching up with friends by going out for a meal or going to the cinema.
I started working for Face to Face Finance in September 2016 when I moved to Hempnall. They are a great company to work for and I love my job and all my colleagues and we make an awesome team!
I enjoy the variety of work we do at Face to Face Finance so every day is different. I’ve learnt so much since I’ve worked here and I keep learning new things which is great and keeps my job interesting. I love being able to help our clients on the phone and it’s lovely when we get to meet them when they visit the office. Previously, I worked for Norwich and Peterborough for 10 years and I enjoyed my role there.
I’m 37 and have two beautiful daughters. One is ten and the other one is eight. They are lovely girls and they keep me busy outside of work.
I have recently bought a house with my partner which I am so pleased about. It needs a lot of work doing to it so this is our project for 2019. I have a busy year this year as I am also getting married in June and I can’t wait!
I’m a bubbly character with a fun personality and enjoy catching up with my friends. I like going out for nice meals, cinema nights, enjoying family time and keeping fit.
I started working at Face to Face Finance in February 2018, and have since progressed to Senior Administrator and Ralph’s PA. My previous job roles have been in retail, so I’ve been able to take my customer service experience in to this role, to communicate with our clients in a polite and friendly manner. I learn new things every day and working here has shown me the importance of planning for my future. I love working with my colleagues and greatly appreciate all their help and the experiences I have learnt from them.
Coming back from my travels to Australia made me realise I needed to take a different direction in life and find a job that was right for me. Face to Face fits that perfectly! Whilst working full time I am studying a BA honours in English Literature which I apply to my work when writing client and Life Office letters. I hope to use my degree in the future to be an Editor.
I have been riding horses since I was 8 years old, so this is one of my major hobbies and is also a great form of exercise. I also enjoy reading and catching up with friends.
I joined Face to Face Finance in June 2018, after being given a great opportunity to train to be a Financial Adviser. Since joining in June I have passed my first two exams and plan to take another two before Summer 2019. I spend my days shadowing Ralph, meeting clients and learning from his experience. My career in financial services began at Norwich and Peterborough in October 2013 and has lead me to where I am today – in a job that I absolutely love! I’m aiming to be qualified by the end of 2019, so watch this space.
2018 has not only brought to me a new job, but also the pleasure of becoming Auntie Em to my first nephew Liam. I’m looking forward to seeing more of the world and have plans to visit Croatia and the Norwegian Fjords in the near future.
I joined Face to Face Finance in August 2018 as an administrator after deciding I wanted a career change. My previous experience in retail really helps me connect with our clients. I am one of the first people they will speak to when calling in or walking through our door.
Being an administrator, I take client calls, write reports and work on the behind the scenes goings on. I am also the person in charge of our social media channels. I enjoy the creative side of it, as well as getting to meet new people through the social hubs.
I am currently studying for my RO1 and I’m looking forward to progressing in the finance business. By taking these exams I will be able to help our clients further by providing them with better knowledge.
I love the working environment we have here. We all get along really well and I have made some great friends. I’d like to think I’m the funny one in the office, however the others may disagree! When I’m not working you can probably find me in the gym or socialising with friends and family.

I have studied law and economics, and I am currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration.

Eddie Teddie is Face to Face Finance’s company mascot and Director of Happiness. His aim is to help deliver happiness both amongst the team and everyone he meets.
When not busy spreading joy in the office, Eddie can often be found enjoying travel adventures with Julie. Eddie is currently writing a book, due out summer 2019.
