Eddie Teddie Exchanges Currency

Hello Friends, it’s Eddie Teddie.

It’s been a busy time for a little bear like me since I last spoke to you all. I’ve been saving money, counting money, and even celebrated Nicola’s birthday at Bowling and we went for tea!

How’s your month of money counting going? Have my worksheets helped you?

So, this month in half term I’m going to America. I’m really excited! I can’t wait to explore the country with my bear brothers.

The thing is, they don’t have the same type of money in America as we do. We have pounds, but America’s money is called dollars. So I’m going to be swapping my coins over for our holiday.

The types of money that a country has is called their currency. You have to change the money before you go abroad. This can all be done at a special shop called a currency exchange shop, or in a bank or post office. I can’t wait to swap my currency over for the first time!

Have you ever swapped your money over to another currency before?

Eddie does HalloweenIt’s also Halloween this month. I’ve had a fantastic time decorating the office. And I can’t wait to show the rest of the team my Halloween outfit – it’s going to be paw-some!

If you’ve got any questions about changing your money to go abroad, email me at: eddie.teddie@ftof-finance.co.uk

Have a happy Halloween!
